The graduate program of the College of Education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa offers a variety of Master’s level degrees across their eight academic departments. Many of theses degree programs are offered online and/or with evening classes.

Only one of their graduate degrees is designed to lead to teacher licensure. The Institute for Teacher Education offers the Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teaching for those seeking teacher certification.

The Special Education Department provides educators with the information and skills necessary to work with people with disabilities. They offer the Master’s of Education in Special Education.

The Department of Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science has a graduate program designed to advance educator knowledge through innovative research, teaching and leadership. Their program prepares educators in various areas of health and wellness. The department offers a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Rehabilitative Science.
