Oregon State University
College of Education
They offer a Master of Science degree for existing science and mathematics educators wishing to further their expertise as a K-12 teacher. There two Master of Science options available in both Science Education and Mathematics Education specialties:
- Free-Choice (Informal) Learning (preparing educators to work in science museums, national parks, zoos, aquariums, etc.)
- School-Based (for K-12 teachers, secondary educators training as a curriculum or professional development specialist, or educators training as a department head or other supervisory position)
Oregon State also offers a Master of Education program in K-12 Education as well as Organization and Human Resources (Adult Education).
They also offer some rather specialized Master programs. These include a Master of Natural Resources program, a Professional Science Master’s in Fisheries and Wildlife Administration program, a Master of Science in Radiation Health Physics program, and a Master of Health Physics program.
